Architectural Panel

This panel, also known as Sandwich Panel, is used above all in the construction sector for the enclosure of industrial buildings, sports centers, large storage and distribution facilities and endless uses.

Normally it is made up of two pre-lacquered and profiled steel sheets that provide mechanical resistance to the assembly and a polyurethane or polyisocyanurate core that performs the functions of excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

The Sandwich Panel is designed for both roofing and façade and can be combined with cellular polycarbonate panels or polyester panels to give the structure more luminosity or greater insulation.

Description

The panel is made of two steel sheets and an insulating core of rigid polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam inside, to guarantee maximum thermal insulation performance.

Polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foams are a very versatile material and present in our daily life, by virtue of its characteristics of lightness, stability, hygiene and behavior against fire.

The three layers form a compact and fully integrated whole. Regardless of the size of the chosen module or the surface finish, all the façade panels have a characteristic tongue and groove joint, in order to guarantee the Absolute water tightness of the façade in case of both vertical and horizontal installation.

The different surface finishes (totally smooth, semi-smooth or profiled) allow the architect to play with various combinations and textures.
